What's Wrong?

Bug Description
Persistent API 500 Internal Server Error across all models. Was working fine ~10 minutes prior.

Error: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":""}.
Restarting session, re-logging, and switching models did not resolve the issue.

This should not happen at all

Steps to Reproduce

Every time the Claude code login or some other related problem, it occurs, I get this errors.

I understand that there are multiple reports regarding this, but none of them actually provide any solution whatsoever.
