[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Persistent 500 Internal Server Error across all models

Bug Description
Persistent API 500 Internal Server Error across all models. Was working fine ~10 minutes prior. No changes to setup, MCP servers, or configuration. Error: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011CXmPYTZNRbdskwhVmoQhB"}. Restarting session, re-logging, and switching models did not resolve the issue. Running Claude Code 2.1.29 (native install).
