Describe the bug
When attaching a PNG image in the VSCode extension chat input,
the Run button becomes disabled and cannot be clicked.

To Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code chat in VSCode extension
2. Click attachment button
3. Select a PNG file
4. Run button is disabled — cannot send

Expected behavior
Run button should remain active after attaching a PNG image.

• OS: macOS 25.3.0
• Claude Code VSCode Extension: v2.1.77
