[BUG] CLI Slowdown/Output Very Slow

What's Wrong?

In Claude Max, Opus4.6/Sonnet 4.6 is slow, output verbose/prose are generated in chunks and are lagging (latency issue).

What Should Happen?

Output verbose/prose should not lag/sent in chunks, this behavior just happened today.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask Opus for anything
2. After searching output is generated
3. It's observed in my Claude Max CLI, output for the information is sent in chunks and sometimes lagging, before output is produced (very slow)
