[BUG] Data loss when adding multiple entries and navigating to questions

What's Wrong?

Issue:
While adding more data and navigating to the questions section, the previously entered data is getting cleared automatically.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter data in the form
2. Add multiple entries
3. Navigate to the questions section
4. Return to the previous screen

Actual Result:

• Entered data becomes empty
• User is redirected to the existing page unexpectedly

Expected Result:

• Data should be retained
• Navigation should not clear previously entered data

Notes:

• Issue occurs when switching between data entry and questions
• Possible state/session handling issue
