This issue was incorrectly marked as a duplicate, then closed, and then locked - none of which should have happened. It is not a duplicate, as it specifically concerns the VS Code plugin, which none of the linked issues address. I would have pointed out this mistake in the original thread to help get it reopened, but the lock prevented me from doing so - leaving me no choice but to open a new issue here.
