[BUG] MODEL KEEPS LOCKING ITSELF OUT OF THE FILE ITS EDDITING.

What's Wrong?

I literally restart VS Code, Claude makes a file change and pushed for device over metro, i tell it ineed a correction, second file edit attempt it tells me file is locked and being edited (its not, only claude code is working with a local file). Then claude code proceeds using SED, Bash scripts, overwriting entire files, creating new files ,restoring back-ups, overwriting progress and burns through tokens for NO REASON). Have to restart VS code every 20 minutes a this point
