[Bug] Partner Registration Form Returns HTTP 403 Akamai WAF Block on Submit

Bug Description
Partner Registration form at partnerportal.anthropic.com/s/partner-registration returns HTTP 403 (Akamai WAF block)
on final submit. POST to /s/sfsites/aura is blocked. Akamai reference: 18.2617655f.1773741313.33cef598. Tested Chrome,
Edge, Safari, Playwright on desktop and mobile, two different networks from Austria/EU. Same error everywhere. No way
to complete partner registration.
