What's Wrong?

Cloudflare is challenging the entire CenturyLink/Lumen IP range in my area (the 97.120.0.0/16 block). This is on Anthropic's Cloudflare configuration side.

The entire 97.120.0.0 range appears affected
claude.ai returns cf-mitigated: challenge which breaks Claude Code

Claude Code works fine when using another network.

Was this area caught up in the "distillation" issue?

What Should Happen?

Using CenturyLink, my home network, should allow me to use Claude Code.

1. connect to CenturyLink
2. type claude into a terminal
3. after first message to claude, see: API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET)
