[Feature Request] Claude code CLI - Preserve screen output after context compacting instead of clearing display

Bug Description
Please do not clear the screen in the CLI interface after compacting.
Even if context is lost in the LLM, I may want to go back and select some text or take a screenshot of previously presented information.
