/usage dialog immediately dismisses without showing content on Max plan

Description

When running /usage, the status dialog opens and immediately dismisses without displaying any usage information. The only feedback in the conversation is: Status dialog dismissed.

The /cost command confirms I am on a subscription plan: _"You are currently using your subscription to power your Claude Code usage"_ — so /usage should be available and functional.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code session
2. Type /usage
3. Dialog dismisses immediately with no content shown

Expected Behavior

A dialog should appear showing plan usage limits and rate limit status.

Actual Behavior

Dialog opens and closes immediately. Console echoes: Status dialog dismissed
