[BUG] No Bash output - Claude Code v2.1.74 (desktop app)

What's Wrong?

Windows 11, Claude Code v2.1.74 (desktop app)
Bash tool returns empty output for all commands
Shell set to C:/Program Files/Git/bin/bash.exe in settings.json
All other tools (Read, Write, Glob, Grep, Edit) work fine

What Should Happen?

Bash outputs should work
