[FEATURE] audio alert (sound) when waiting for permission to execute

Problem Statement

i'm not always staring at the terminal when claude code is working. if claude code pauses to ask for permission, it may sit idle until i randomly choose to visually check on its progress.

Proposed Solution

it would be helpful to enable some sort of audible alert when the terminal pauses to ask for permission to execute something.
