What's Wrong?

when i am trying to upload images im getting this error ⏺ Image was too large. Double press esc to go back and try again with a smaller image.
i have seen there's similar query raised but it was closed.

What Should Happen?

i was just working on something and was able to upload images but then suddenly i started getting this error and then i restarted the pc checked the update (its latest) and still got this same error
