[Feature Request] `/rewind` should allow re-answering AskUserQuestion tool calls

Bug Description
When Claude uses the AskUserQuestion tool and I want to change my answer, /rewind (Esc+Esc) doesn't let me go back to that point and re-answer. It would be useful to rewind into the AskUserQuestion tool call so I can pick a different option without re-prompting from scratch.
