[BUG] After Survey Claude recommends submitting more information with non-existent "/issue" command.

Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
After the survey "How is Claude doing?", I gave it a "1" due to a failed experimentation, it then suggested I give more information by using the "/issue" command, which doesn't exist.
I couldn't find this in the existing issues list, but searching for "issue" is very tough to do. This may be a duplicate. When I searched for "issue command survey" there was no existing issue.
What Should Happen?
Claude should have sent me here: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues
Error Messages/Logs
❯ I was given a survey and then suggested to enter more information with "/issue", but that is not a command I can use
⏺ That's a known UX issue — the survey suggests /issue but that's not a valid Claude Code command. The correct way to report feedback is:
https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues
You can file an issue there directly.
❯ Seems like an easy one to fix
⏺ Agreed, but that's in the Claude Code product itself — not something we can fix from here. I'd suggest filing it at https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues so the team can update the survey text to either link directly to the GitHub issues page or use a
valid command.
Steps to Reproduce
Give it a (1) on the survey.
