Need setting to disable auto-collapsing of tool results / restore scroll-to-top

Problem

Cannot scroll back to the top of a conversation to see what workstream I'm in. Tool results and agent outputs are auto-collapsed with "... +N lines (ctrl+o to expand)", and the overall conversation view is vertically truncated so earlier turns are no longer visible.

This is a significant UX regression for power users who use long sessions and need to orient themselves by reviewing earlier context.

Expected behavior

• Ability to scroll to the top of the conversation at any time
• Optionally: a setting like expandToolResults: true to disable auto-collapsing of tool output

Current workarounds

• /rename helps label the session but doesn't restore access to earlier turns
• Ctrl+O transcript mode (when it works)
• /export dumps full text but breaks flow
