[Feature Request] Add configurable paste collapsing thresholds or disable toggle

Bug Description
Paste collapsing has no opt-out. Text over 800 chars or 3 lines is replaced with [Pasted text #N +M lines] in the composer. Both thresholds are hardcoded — no settings key, no env var. The defaults are reasonable; the absence of any override isn't. Requesting either a disable toggle or configurable thresholds.
