[Bug] Automatic remote control dialog interrupts active commands and queries

Bug Description
I kept having the dialogue to manage my remote control session pop up at random times when I was supposed to be doing other commands or answering questions that the agent had. I did have the automatic remote control thing set on, so maybe that had something to do with it. In any instance, I wasn't intending to manage my remote control settings at this time, and it was interfering with the other work.
