[CONCERN] Claude Code is very slow

I love Claude Code, use it all day every day. But the tk/s is quite slow, comparative to leaders like OpenAI/ChatGPT. I think in terms of intelligence, Claude Code is one of the best, if not _the_ best. But productivity is severely hampered by how long requests take to process. Is there any way we can optimize this? Or does it merely come down to Anthropic needing more scale? Is this a limitation of available hardware on the market, or is the load being distributed unevenly?
