[Bug and Feature Request] PyCharm plugin: Remove false alerts and Add files to conversation from project explorer context menu

Bug Description
They pycharm plugin is the reason I use claude code vs cursor. Brings best of pycharm, git hub copilot, and claude. The terminal after running claude has two annoying false positives.
1) Install the PyCharm plugin from the JetBrains Marketplace (I have the latest version AND launched Claude code using the plugin).
2) Update available! Run: brew upgrade claude-code (I upgraded and am using brew's latest. I think this compares with npm latest. I now brew trails for a bit, but I prefer using brew to install stuff).
One cool functionality would be to select 1 or more files in the project explorer and then be able to add them to the convo. I think maybe it was a functionality? Not sure. It is better than double click open and hit the cmd option k, one by one.
