[BUG] PyCharm plugin always reports Cannot launch Claude code even though it has

What's Wrong?

When I launch Claude code from the pycharm plugin, I always get the popup 'Cannot launch Claude code', even though it actually does launch and works correctly.

I think the launch is just taking very slightly longer (approximately 9s) than the plugin is expecting.

What Should Happen?

The claude cli should open in the pycharm terminal window without generating any spurious errors.

Error Messages/Logs

Just get the dialog titled 'Cannot launch Claude code' then the instructions for installing claude code.

Steps to Reproduce

Install claude code cli and the pycharm beta plugin.

Launch claude code from the icon.

On my system, it does successfully launce claude code each time, but also produces an error dialog in pycharm.
