[Feature Request] Add template-based tab title customization

Bug Description
I would like to have the ability to control the tab title with templates similar to the status line. this becomes highly visible when a user may have lots of tabs in their terminal app each in a different folder. when they all say "claude code" it's very difficult to determine which is which to quickly pick the right tab to switch to
