[BUG] Infinite redirect loop when clicking 'Personal use' on claude.ai onboarding

Bug Description

When accessing claude.ai onboarding flow via the web browser and clicking "Personal use", the page enters an infinite redirect loop and never proceeds.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://claude.ai/onboarding (or any entry point that leads to the onboarding flow)
2. When presented with the usage option prompt, click "Personal use"
3. Page enters an infinite redirect/loading loop and never resolves

Expected Behavior

After clicking "Personal use", the onboarding flow should proceed to the next step.

Actual Behavior

The page loops infinitely and the onboarding flow never completes.

Environment

• Platform: macOS
• Access method: Web browser (claude.ai)

Additional Notes

The same infinite loop behavior was also observed on https://claude.ai/create/billing.
These appear to be routing/redirect issues on the claude.ai web frontend.
