[BUG] - Unable to use remote control despite being on a Max pla

What's Wrong?

I am unable to remote control, despite my account pmgtsolutionsuk@gmail.com being on a max plan

What Should Happen?

I should be able to access the remote control feature

Error Messages/Logs

It says Remote control not enabled

Steps to Reproduce

. Check you're logged in:

claude /login

1. Update Claude Code (you're on 2.1.71 — check if newer):

claude --upgrade

1. Try again:

claude remote-control

If it still fails, it may be a backend provisioning issue. You can report it with:

claude /feedback
