[Bug] Remote session ignores initial messages and attachments until reconnection prompt

Bug Description

1. When i run and start any cloud/remote session, it does a while to setup, which is ok. But then it ignores all initial messages and photo that I sent when i first submitted. I have to consistently repasted in and nudge "is everything connected" in order to know that the virtual session is setup properly to start.
2. the /voice mode is inconsistent, sometimes it just failed to capture and get a red error.
