[Bug] Claude repeatedly refuses requests and provides incorrect information including basic arithmetic errors

Bug Description
claude has has repeatedly knowingly refuese to comply with requests, provided false information, and made mistake with simple math problems (additon of 2 values) that I can only assume is intentional. I know this is how chat gpt works i just though you be better than them.... but regardless the performance of you ai is incredibally flawed and has done nothgin but to waste my time and money so thank for nothing. If you engineeering team is that terrible, I am available and you wont have shit for a product.
