[BUG] After updating to 1.0.45 Claude freezes terminal and hangs

Environment
- Claude CLI version: 1.0.45
- Operating System: Windows 11 24H2
- Terminal: VS Code Terminal
Bug Description
After updating to 1.0.45 both extension and claude code, then when claude code is launched from VS Code terminal, once Ide integration lights green, terminal completely ignores keyboard input. No keyboard input is detected, no shortcut works, nothing. I can scroll, but cant type in anything into prompt box.
It happens only after Ide indicator lights green, second or two before connection to Ide prompt box works fine.
