[BUG] Claude Code desktop stuck on "Clauding..." indefinitely for projects in ~/Documents

What's Wrong?

OS: macOS Tahoe 26.3.1
Claude Code version: 1.1.5368 (d12d02)
opus 4.6

Bug:
Claude Code desktop hangs on "Clauding..." with no output for any project inside ~/Documents. The same project works fine via CLI, and projects in ~/ work fine in the desktop app.

Documents folder permission has been granted and reset via tccutil. Issue persists after full reinstall.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code desktop works normally for projects in ~/Documents with permission granted.

Send any prompt
Observe: hangs on "Clauding..." indefinitely with no output
