[Feature Request] Add option to show tool outputs immediately without Ctrl-R

Problem: My final results are displayed through tool outputs, requiring Ctrl-R after every execution to see them.
Current workaround: Using PostToolUse hooks with stderr redirection works but displays text in dimmed color.
Request: Add a setting to disable transcript mode and show tool outputs immediately.
