"Settings" appears unexpectedly in the vertical navigation bar on the official documentation page.

Desc:
The “Settings” item sometimes appears unexpectedly in the vertical navigation bar on the official documentation page. Currently, I can reproduce this issue by first clicking “Hooks” and then “Slash commands.” Is it a normal behavior?
