Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In desktop app when using claude code, the left side navigation bar renders a large blank area to the right of the navigation bar that obscures the active claude code window. To use claude code window I need to collapse the navigation bar. This has been an issue on the last couple updates but wasn't a problem I had previously.

What Should Happen?

The side navigation bar should open and allow switching of sessions without blocking the main claude code window.
