[FEATURE] Bring Back Old Startup UI as an Option

Problem Statement

I've been using Claude Code quite a bit recently for both my Unity and Roblox game dev. It's a real lifesaver! There's a problem though: it's been going back and forth between the older UI and a minimalist UI, and now it's only using the minimal stuff on startup. I asked Claude and it speculated that you guys _updated_ the UI to "have less noise on startup", but the thing is I don't like this! I want the old UI! But there's no way to go back except for reverting to an older version!

Proposed Solution

The solution is simple, really: add an option for the older Startup UI. It's not really that big of a deal on your part, but this is really bugging me.

Use Case Example

Someone wishing to use the old startup UI would simply have to change a config setting.

• Start a new session
• Run /config to pull up the config menu
• Find the StartupUI option I'm proposing you add
• Switch it to whichever setting they want (the old, full UI or the new, minimal UI)
