[BUG] Claude Desktop macOS: intrusive screenshot tooltip

What's Wrong?

Every time Claude is opened via the menu bar icon, a screenshot capture tooltip appears and follows the cursor continuously. This is very disruptive when you simply want to type a question without capturing anything.

There is no option to disable just this tooltip/capture mode without disabling the entire Quick Entry shortcut, and forced on every single open. This may be considered as a Feature Request or as a Bug, but functionnaly I can't believe this is intended, since I don't want Claude Desktop to be able to take screenshots (even accidentally, since the interface is triggered as soon as a click is made anywhere) ...

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior: screenshot capture should be opt-in and triggered explicitly (e.g. a dedicated button inside the window), not forced on every single open (and kept triggered as long as the modal is openned ...). This may be considered as a Feature Request or as a Bug, but functionnaly I can't believe this is intended, since I don't want Claude Desktop to be able to take screenshots (even accidentally, since the interface is triggered as soon as a click is made anywhere) ...

Steps to Reproduce

No code (this is a Claude Desktop Bug) - Steps to reproduce :

• clic on Claude Code icon in the menubar, Claude modal appears (not movable, again, not very intuitive in terms of UI since the first thing tried is to move this modal window ...)
• move your mouse ; which is followed by a permanent tooltip (which can be duplicated in many instances (see second screenshot).

Important to say : I nevered authorized Claude to make screenshots in macos settings, so I don't understand why this keeps bugging my interface.
