[Feature Request] Option to disable "? for shortcuts" tooltip

Power users would benefit from an option to disable the persistent "? for shortcuts" tooltip that appears below the input prompt. This tooltip takes up vertical space and adds visual clutter for experienced users who have already learned the shortcuts.
