Feature Request: Team Max seat — Team Plan with Max-level capacity

Problem

The current Team Plan's per-user capacity is significantly lower than the Max plan (roughly 30% of Max). For engineering teams using Claude Code for intensive, professional-grade development, moving to the Team Plan would throttle developer productivity by nearly 70%.

To maintain Max-level productivity within a Team Plan using Extra Usage credits, estimated costs skyrocket to $2,600+ per user, compared to $200 for an individual Max seat. Administrative features like SSO or audit logs do not justify that cost multiplier.
