[FEATURE] Claude should be an expert in Claude

Problem Statement

Today some new UI appeared in Claude code around "effort" and it wasn't clear to me what was going on.

What I experienced when Claude tried to help me, was a lot of hallucinations and apologies. I was using Claude code from an iTerm2 window, and it just made un-true stuff up about ways to control the effort.

Proposed Solution

It would be awesome if Claude itself was the world's expert in using Claude.
