[BUG] Banner invites me to install IntelliJ IDEA plugin when already installed

What's Wrong?

When I launch Claude Code in IntelliJ via the plugin, the line immediately above the prompt says

↑ Install the IntelliJ IDEA plugin from the JetBrains Marketplace: https://docs.claude.com/s/claude-code-jetbrains

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should not invite me to install the plugin when it's already installed.

2. Click the Claude Code button in the main toolbar
