Remote Control: Add reconnect option from app when connection drops

Feature Request
When a Remote Control session drops, the only way to restart it is to go back to the CLI/terminal. This breaks the remote-control use case — if you're away from the machine, you'd need physical access to the terminal to reconnect.
Requested Behavior
Add a reconnect/restart option from within the Claude.ai app (web or mobile) so a dropped Remote Control session can be re-established without needing CLI access.
Use Case
Users keeping their PC on 24/7 specifically for remote access via Remote Control. If the session drops, they currently lose the ability to reconnect remotely — defeating the purpose of the setup.
