Text stays in input box after sending message

After sending a message, the text submits successfully but remains in the input box instead of clearing.
- OS: Arch Linux (Wayland/GNOME 49.4)
- Terminal: WezTerm
- Persists after restarting terminal and keyboard remapper (Toshy)
- Claude Code version: latest
