RTL text (Persian/Kurdish/Arabic) displays reversed since v2.1.66

What's Wrong?

Bug Description

Since version 2.1.66, RTL text (Persian, Kurdish, Arabic) is displayed
reversed/mirrored in both the Claude Code panel and VS Code terminal.
English text works correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Claude Code v2.1.66 or later
2. Type any Persian/Kurdish/Arabic text in the Claude Code panel
3. Text appears reversed (right-to-left characters shown left-to-right)

Expected Behavior

RTL text should display correctly as it did in v2.1.65 and earlier.

Environment

• Claude Code version: 2.1.68
• VS Code version: 1.109.5
• OS: Windows 11 Pro
• Affected versions: 2.1.66, 2.1.67, 2.1.68
• Working version: 2.1.65

Additional Notes

Downgrading to v2.1.65 does not fix the issue because VS Code
auto-updates the extension back to the latest version.
