Bug Description
I essentially never exeed my 5-hour usage window; this is now the third consecutive 5-hour usage limit that I've exceeded with totally normal usage. This time, I used Haiku instead of Opus (which I typically use for everything). Claude Code is core infra for me, and this has paralyzed my work for 2 consecutive days. This is a critical issue for me.
