[BUG] VSCode Extension `/context` command not work

What's Wrong?

As the issue title say, /context command not work in VSCode Extension.

I'm using:

  • 2.1.66 (Claude Code CLI)
  • 2.1.66 (Claude Code VSCode Extension)

What Should Happen?

the /context command should output the used context and reamin context in VSCode panel.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Code VSCode Extension
  2. Random type anything
  3. run /context
  4. the context info don't output

Repro with multiple models (Opus, Sonet, Haiku).
