[Feature Request] Add color coding to distinguish multiple Claude Code instances

Bug Description
Due to Claude having the same color per instance, the instances may be too easily confused with another. Allowing color coding would enable one to more easily switch context - in fact, introducing this and other ways of distinguishing Claude code agents when working with many instances would ease context switching - would love to see it implemented!
