[BUG] Hard to distinguish between Claude Code sessions when multiple

What's Wrong?

CLAUDE CODE UI ISSUE: It's easy to get lost with which Claude Code session is doing what since you don't make this clear in the UI and arrow up in one uses the history of another. Arrow up uses command history across Claude Code sessions (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/23276).

What Should Happen?

Make Claude Code UI distinct for the task and isolate the command history to the window.
