[BUG] Cannot see previous conversations in Vs code extension chat

What's Wrong?

When i access previous conversations in the VsCode Claude extension, it shows a list of the previous conversation. I select a conversation and cluade opens an empty chat

What Should Happen?

I should be able to see the complete chat in the window when selected or atleast a compressed version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a claude chat in vscode
2. chat for a bit and then close chat window
3. reopen new chat window
4. Select previous chat session from drop down menu
5. check if chat is available
