[BUG] Cannot see diff for Write tool

What's Wrong?

When Claude asks permission to use the Write tool (not Edit), you get a diff to see what changed. However when in auto-accept mode, the changes are written directly and there's no way to see the diff afterwards.

What Should Happen?

It should be possible to review what changed as a result of Claude using the Write tool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable auto-accept edits
2. Request a large change to a file where Claude will decide to write the entire file in one go with the Write tool instead of making targeted edits with the Edit tool
