Problem Statement

Claude Code for VS Code Official Plugin Currently Provides English-Only Interface
No built-in i18n: No integrated internationalization (i18n) framework in plugin code, no language switching option
VS Code language settings are not inherited: Even if VS Code is set to Chinese and other languages, the Claude Code plugin interface remains in English, hoping the plugin will support multilingual selection.
