[FEATURE REQUEST] Associate permissions with /commands

I'd like to be able to give Claude Code certain permissions only when executing specific custom commands

e.g. I have a custom command /pr that instructs CC on the steps to take to file a PR (linting, testing, things to sanity-check, etc). I'd like to be able to give CC permission to use the gh command line tool to file a PR when executing this command, but not at other times.
