Feature Request: Directory permissions

In order to aid agent delegation, it would be great if it could be possible to restrict read / write permissions to specific project sub-directories. Large code bases like LLVM for example contain subprojects within subdirectories and in order to create dedicated agents that are specialized in specific areas it would be useful to say: "read: *, write: bolt/" for a subagent that can read the whole codebase but only write to bolt/.
